Peel Ply

Peel Ply is a specialized technical fabric used in composite manufacturing, vacuum laminating, and advanced laminate processing applications. It is treated with a special release agent that prevents epoxy resin from bonding to the fabric, allowing it to be easily removed after curing. Once removed, it leaves behind a clean, textured surface ready for further laminating, bonding, or painting without the need for additional sanding.

The use of Peel Ply fabric significantly improves laminate surface quality, reduces surface preparation time, and enhances adhesion between individual layers of a composite structure. For this reason, it is an essential material in boatbuilding, composite manufacturing, aerospace, automotive applications, and any project where superior results and reliable bond quality are required.
